WHAT THE HORSE-ONE-SHIP PROGRAM INVOLVES
This is a broad-based instructor certification program which can be completed as a distance learning or in-person program. The Horse-One-Ship Program has been adapted from the British Horse Society Examination syllabus and is tailored towards the American riding instructor and their specific market. The Horse-One-Ship graduate's clients improve in understanding and ability. School horses last longer and remain happier. Competition horses are successful and stay sound longer. Finally, successful graduates' business increases and accidents decrease.
Students who want to go through a complete training program will require the following:
1. A minimum of five students that they can video to demonstrate the candidate's teaching methods over a one-year program
2. Three horses to work with on the lunge showing how to improve the horse’s longevity and way of going
3. Attend a training and evaluation course with Jane Armour
